Our service answers phone calls on your behalf, collects caller information, schedules appointments, and provides callers with information about your business. We also provide call transcripts, recordings, and analytics through our dashboard.

You are responsible for compliance with all applicable call recording laws. Many jurisdictions require consent from callers before recording. It is your responsibility to ensure proper disclosures are made. CallAlly can be configured to announce that calls may be recorded.

CallAlly and all related trademarks, logos, and service marks are our property. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written consent. You retain ownership of your business information and call data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallAlly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements. While our AI is trained to handle common situations, it may not perfectly handle every caller interaction.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallAlly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our service. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
